Auto Driveaway Systems, LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join a lean, fast-moving recruiting team. You will coordinate the full recruiting process, assist with interviews, onboarding, offers, and candidate communications, and gain exposure to the entire hiring lifecycle across the United States.

This role emphasizes hands-on support, meticulous organization, and a strong service mindset as we grow nationwide.

Qualifications

• College degree required.
• 1–3 years in recruiting coordination or related roles.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the recruiting process from job requisition through offer and onboarding handoff.
• Schedule and coordinate phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
• Assist candidates with interview scheduling and logistics.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information in the ATS.
• Post and optimize job openings across career site and external boards.
• Source passive candidates to build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
• Help organize the ATS (Paylocity) data cleanliness.
• Review applications and surface qualified candidates to the recruiter.
• Support recruiters with candidate communications and interview prep.
• Assist with offers and onboarding documentation.
• Ensure timely collection of interview feedback and recruiting records.
• Grow Auto Driveaway’s nationwide reputation as a top driveaway company.
