Job summary

Auto Driveaway Systems, LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to provide coordination and hands-on support across the full recruiting process, working closely with a lean, fast-moving team.

Responsibilities include scheduling interviews, assisting candidates, maintaining Paylocity ATS data, posting jobs, building pipelines, coordinating offers and onboarding, and ensuring timely interview feedback and compliant recruiting activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or college-level education required.
• Minimum 1–3 years in recruiting coordination, HR, talent acquisition, or related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities with ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
• Customer-service mindset and professional interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR (preferred).
• Experience with ATS (Paylocity preferred).
• Experience coordinating high-volume recruiting or multiple requisitions (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting process from job requisition through offer and onboarding handoff.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews (phone, virtual, in-person) with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Assist candidates with interview scheduling, logistics and questions about the process.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the ATS.
• Post, update, and close job openings on career site and job boards; optimize postings.
• Source passive candidates and build pipelines for active roles.
• Assist with Paylocity ATS data hygiene and onboarding data.
• Review applications against role criteria and surface qualified candidates.
• Support recruiters with communications, interview prep and documentation.
• Assist with offers and related documentation; coordinate onboarding.
• Ensure timely collection of interview feedback and maintain records.
• Ensure recruiting activities comply with policies and employment requirements.
• Help grow the company’s reputation across the United States.

In this role, you will provide critical coordination and hands‑on support across the full recruiting process, working side by side with our recruiter on a lean, fast‑moving talent acquisition team. Auto Driveaway is a leading national provider of professional vehicle relocation services. Auto Driveaway primarily serves large corporate fleets, fleet management companies, upfitters, dealerships and vehicle OEMs with fast, safe and reliable door‑to‑door driveaway and trucked transportation service nationwide. Services include fleet shipping and fleet management services; single vehicle “door‑to‑door driveaway” shipping; expedited shipping; enclosed carrier shipping for high‑value vehicles; international (overseas) shipping; short‑term and long‑term vehicle storage; licensing, titling and registration of vehicles; and vehicle maintenance and reconditioning services.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the recruiting process from job requisition through offer and onboarding handoff
• Schedule and coordinate phone, virtual, and in‑person interviews with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
• Assist candidates with interview scheduling, logistics, and general recruiting‑process questions
• Maintain accurate and timely candidate and requisition information within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Post, update, and close job openings across the company's career site and external job boards, and optimize postings to drive qualified applicant volume
• Source and proactively engage passive candidates to build pipelines for active and hard‑to‑fill roles
• Help organize and optimize the applicant tracking system (Paylocity) to keep candidate and requisition data clean and current
• Review incoming applications against role criteria and surface qualified candidates to the recruiter
• Support recruiters and hiring managers with candidate communications, interview preparation, and recruiting documentation
• Assist with preparation and coordination of employment offers and related documentation
• Ensure timely collection of interview feedback and maintain accurate recruiting records
• Ensure recruiting activities are conducted consistently with company policies and applicable employment requirements
• Grow Auto Driveaway's reputation as the driveaway company of choice across the United States

Qualifications

• College degree
• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, human resources, talent acquisition, administrative support, or a related field
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately
• Strong customer‑service mindset and professional interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record (MVR) required
• Experience working with an ATS such as Paylocity (preferred)
• Previous experience coordinating high‑volume recruiting or multiple concurrent requisitions (preferred)
• Experience supporting background checks, offers, or onboarding activities (preferred)
