Job summary

Southeast Independent Delivery Service is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to source, screen, and manage candidates for onboarding in Lakeland, FL. You will partner with management to streamline the onboarding process and maintain up-to-date recruiting reports for leadership.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, experience with job boards and ATS, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Microsoft Office Suite experience, moderate Excel skills.
• Ability to use Applicant Tracking Software.
• Interview and staffing experience preferred.
• Excellent Organization and communication skills.
