Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a similar administrative role.
• Ability to juggle multiple calendars and priorities under tight deadlines.
• Experience using HRIS/ATS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule 35–70 interviews per week and manage candidate travel arrangements.
• Align availability of hiring managers and interviewers for smooth execution.
• Facilitate onboarding tasks and handle background checks.
