You will actively manage open orders, guide new hires through background checks and orientations, and build a strong talent pool across channels.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of recruiting and talent acquisition fundamentals.
• Proven track record in high-volume, urgent delivery and meeting performance metrics.
• Strong attention to detail and process accuracy.
• Hands-on experience with ATS software and digital recruitment tools.

Responsibilities

• Talent matching by actively managing open orders and linking candidates to opportunities.
• Onboarding and support guiding new hires through background checks and orientations.
• Pipeline building sourcing talent across multiple channels.
• Fulfillment and communication monitoring orders and resolving start issues.
• Tech optimization using ATS platforms and digital app tools to streamline workflows.
