Job summary

Caring for Others is seeking a Career Coordinator to translate talent strategy into working HR processes. Reporting to HR leadership, you will own end-to-end hiring workflows, onboarding programs, orientation logistics, and role-specific framework development across the organization.

You will manage job postings, interview scheduling, and sponsor spend tracking while building pipelines and keeping stakeholders aligned with timelines and metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent
• Experience as an Executive Assistant to C-suite or VP
• Experience in HR, Talent, or People Operations with hands-on training/onboarding/orientation
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills for all levels
• Strong project management and organizational skills with multiple initiatives
• Ability to translate high-level direction into practical processes and hands-on execution
• Detail-oriented with ownership of training quality and consistency
• Comfortable in support/execution role, partnering with leadership rather than driving strategy
• Prior recruiting experience a plus; experience in home care/healthcare/ multi-site an asset

Responsibilities

• Translate HR strategy into scoped project plans and execution
• Own end-to-end hiring program delivery including sourcing, interviewing, scheduling, offers and onboarding
• Own job postings and advertising, write descriptions, manage postings, track sponsorship spend
• Facilitate new hire orientations with logistics, presenters, and materials
• Develop role-specific frameworks (interview guides, orientation tracks) and shepherd to rollout
• Compile KPI deliverables (time-to-fill, time-to-hire, offer rate, source-of-hire) and create dashboards
• Build and maintain local/industry talent networks and represent at job fairs and events
