Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred in HR, business/admin or communications.
• 1–3 years in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, HR, or admin support.
• Experience with ATS, HRIS or recruiting software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and recruiting team members.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidate communications throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS and ensure data integrity.
• Create and post job ads across recruiting platforms and social media.
• Support sourcing by engaging candidates via job boards, networking, referrals, and other channels.
• Coordinate pre-employment activities including background checks, screenings, and onboarding docs.
• Prepare recruitment reports and hiring metrics.
• Partner with hiring managers to facilitate an efficient and positive hiring experience.
• Assist with recruitment events, campus recruiting, and community outreach.
• Monitor open requisitions and provide updates on pipelines and progress.
• Support employer branding initiatives to promote Socket.dev as an employer of choice.
• Ensure compliance with all employment policies and recruiting regulations.
