Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or closely related field; 5–7 years of recruitment experience
• 3–5 years of in-house recruiting across all levels
• Experience sourcing passive candidates
• 2–3 years of people management experience
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes strategic recruiting initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
• Leads design and optimization of sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Establishes and analyzes talent acquisition metrics to inform strategy and improve hiring outcomes.
• Manages workload distribution and optimizes team resources to meet hiring demands.
• Drives continuous process improvement to reduce time-to-fill and enhance candidate experience.
• Coaches and aligns team members regularly to resolve recruitment challenges.
• Develops creative sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
