Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full‑cycle recruiting across engineering, operations, and leadership roles. You will partner with business leaders to translate workforce needs into effective talent strategies, build proactive pipelines, and ensure an exceptional candidate and hiring‑manager experience.

The ideal candidate combines recruiting expertise with business acumen, data‑driven decision making, and the ability to influence leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of progressive full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Proven success in recruiting professional, technical, and/or operational roles.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers directly.
• Strong interviewing, negotiation, and candidate closing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches with high responsiveness and detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned functions and locations, from need identification through onboarding.
• Recruit across engineering, manufacturing, operations, quality, supply chain, program management, finance, HR, IT, and leadership roles.
• Develop sourcing strategies for critical and hard‑to‑fill positions.
• Leverage multiple channels including LinkedIn, networks, schools, and referrals.
• Screen and assess candidates for technical fit, values, and long‑term potential.
• Partner with HR and leaders on offers, compensation alignment, and closing strategies.
• Maintain relationships with high‑potential candidates for future opportunities.
