Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruiting across departments, manage a high volume of requisitions, and partner with hiring managers to define job requirements. The role supports candidate engagement, TA programs, and onboarding coordination for an innovative tech team in Irving, TX.

The ideal candidate brings 4–6 years of high-volume recruitment experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with ATS systems such as ADP or UKG, plus MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 4-6 years' experience in high volume sourcing and recruitment.
• Experience using job boards and creative sourcing strategies.
• Proven success recruiting across multiple functions, including Field Operations and Contact Centers.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ADP and/or UKG Recruitment Management preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong collaboration, self-motivation, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver recruiting success across sourcing channels and candidate engagement.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and responsibilities.
• Manage a high volume of requisitions (15–20 at a time).
• Oversee external job postings and maintain postings across platforms.
• Source candidates using diverse recruiting tools and strategies.
• Support TA policies, procedures, and programs with managers.
• Coordinate onsite engagement for the Customer Experience Center.
• Collaborate on TA programs that align with company goals.
• Assist in TA training for management and diverse hiring initiatives.
