Qualifications

• 1+ years of recruiting, staffing, HR, or talent acquisition experience preferred.
• Experience with ATS, job boards, and recruiting platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Screen resumes and assist with candidate sourcing
• Manage job postings across multiple boards and recruiting platforms
• Communicate with candidates on interview scheduling and next steps
• Maintain candidate records in the ATS
• Conduct reference checks and support pre-employment processes
• Assist with onboarding activities for new hires
• Track hiring metrics and generate recruiting reports
• Support recruiting events, job fairs, and hiring initiatives
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
