Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a highly organized Talent Acquisition Specialist to support high-volume recruiting across multiple disciplines and locations. You will partner with hiring managers and HR to ensure timely staffing for critical vacancies, manage 30+ requisitions across 20+ active postings, and maintain compliant processes across sites.

The role requires strong interview, screening, and coordination skills, experience with ATS, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

6+ years in Talent Acquisition or HR with a high-school diploma or GED.
Bachelor's degree with 3+ years TA/HR experience.
Strong knowledge of employment law related to recruiting and hiring.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and ATS.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred: experience in mining, energy, oil, or gas industries.

Responsibilities

Review applications to confirm candidates meet minimum qualifications.
Conduct phone screenings and manage candidate assessments.
Initiate background checks, prepare pay models, and generate offers.
Collaborate with hiring managers to align candidate pipelines with needs.
Manage formal resume submissions and ensure compliance with employment law.
Support 30+ multi-discipline vacancies across 20+ postings and multiple site locations.
