Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting/talent acquisition coordination experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with ATS and MS Office; data entry and confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices.

Responsibilities

• Review candidate resumes for open positions.
• Engage with candidates and proactively contact candidates to check in and answer questions.
• Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinate candidate travel.
• Answer phones and greet employees and candidates.
• Follow established talent acquisition processes and ensure data accuracy.
• Manage offer letters and related materials.
