Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, HR, Communications, Psychology, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, operations, or fast-paced environments.
• Clear, concise communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities, with follow-through.
• Interest in learning recruiting fundamentals and growing a career in Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex interview schedules across teams to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Support hourly and high-volume hiring by managing candidate flow and tracking progress.
• Assist sourcing by identifying qualified candidates and maintaining early pipelines.
• Support intern and university recruiting programs including scheduling and onboarding logistics.
• Maintain data in Greenhouse, ensuring reporting accuracy and process consistency.
• Contribute to scalable recruiting workflows and documentation to improve operations.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication and follow-through.
