Job summary

Roboflow, a distributed AI company, is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to build a fast, thoughtful hiring process across teams. You’ll partner with People Operations, recruiters, and hiring managers to keep searches moving and candidate experience strong.

This role rewards organization, clear communication, and proactive problem solving. You’ll own interview scheduling, data accuracy in Ashby, and help create interview plans, scorecards, and weekly health materials.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of recruiting coordination experience or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage many moving pieces.
• Experience with ATS workflows or recruiting tools (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, GoodTime, Calendly).

Responsibilities

• Own interview coordination across priority searches: scheduling, rescheduling, calendar logistics, reminders, candidate communications, and follow ups.
• Create a polished, responsive candidate experience from first interview through final stage.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and external partners to keep searches organized and moving.
• Maintain accurate candidate, job, stage, and interview data in Ashby.
• Help prepare interview plans, candidate packets, scorecards, reminders, and updates for hiring managers.
• Track blockers, delayed feedback, scheduling issues, and next steps.
• Support weekly search health meetings by preparing agendas, notes, actions and follow ups.
• Help create and improve recruiting workflows, templates, checklists, documentation, and reporting.
• Support offer and onboarding logistics with the People team as needed.
• Serve as a trusted operational partner to candidates, interviewers, recruiters, hiring managers, and company leaders.
