Job summary

Kittle Property Group, Inc. is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support the full employee lifecycle, with emphasis on recruiting, hiring, and onboarding.

You will collaborate with recruiters to attract, screen, and retain top talent while ensuring compliance with employment laws and policies. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, screening applicants, coordinating onboarding, drafting offers, and maintaining accurate records in the ATS/HRIS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• HR Certification preferred
• 2-3 years recruiting experience preferred
• Experience with an HRIS preferred
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures

Responsibilities

• Meets weekly with Recruiters to evaluate portfolio needs
• Assist with creating and approving job requisitions
• Source and screen property management candidates
• Assist with recruiting strategies using job boards, industry networks, referrals, and career fairs
• Coordinate candidate assessments invitations
• Work with recruiters to draft offer letters and conduct onboarding activities
• Conduct verbal offers
• Initiate and track background checks, drug screenings, and references
• Track candidate activity in the ATS/HRIS, ensuring notes and statuses are current
• Consult with Recruiters to understand staffing needs
• Provide status updates and recruiting metrics to leaders during hiring
• Participate in job fairs, networking events, and community outreach
• Promote the organization's employment brand to attract high-quality talent
• Other duties as assigned
