Responsibilities

• Meets weekly with Recruiters to evaluate portfolio needs.
• Assist with creating and approving job requisitions.
• Source and screen property management candidates.
• Coordinate candidate assessments invitations.
• Draft offer letters and conduct onboarding activities.
• Track candidate activity in the ATS/HRIS.
