Kinsale Insurance in Richmond, VA is seeking an HR Coordinator to provide recruiting coordination and admin support across high-volume roles and specialized searches. You will represent the company at job fairs and campus events while partnering with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.

You will own interview scheduling, onboarding, and related logistics, and grow into ownership of a broader recruitment portfolio within our Talent Acquisition team.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, recruiting coordination or related role.
• Strong organizational and multi-stakeholder scheduling skills.
• Proficient in HR systems and data accuracy, with good written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own interview scheduling and candidate logistics across open requisitions.
• Manage end-to-end new-hire process, including offers and background checks.
• Coordinate career fairs and campus recruiting events.
• Maintain ATS with requisition setup and status updates.
• Build toward ownership of a portfolio of high-volume roles.
