Job summary

Aalo Atomics in Austin, TX is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. The role partners with recruiters and hiring managers to coordinate interviews, manage recruiting operations, and maintain candidate data, delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ year in recruiting coordination or HR support, experience with ATS, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in recruiting coordination, HR coordination, or related administrative role.
• Experience managing interview scheduling and calendar coordination or high-volume logistics.
• Experience with ATS and recruiting workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule virtual, phone, and onsite interviews.
• Serve as main point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
• Communicate interview details and logistics to candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to manage calendars and ensure smooth interview processes.
• Assist with onsite interview logistics including check-in and travel arrangements as needed.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the ATS.
• Assist with offer letters and hiring documentation.
• Support onboarding activities including new hire logistics and schedules.
• Create and post job openings on company sites and recruiting platforms.
• Assist with recruiting events and campus hiring initiatives.
• Identify process improvements to enhance scheduling workflows and efficiency.
