• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Agile adaptability in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Expert-level sourcing to uncover passive candidates.
• Experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, energy, or other technical sectors.
• Strong executive stakeholder management with data-driven insights.
• Growth mindset and ability to scale recruiting infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle and executive recruiting for a broad range of positions including director, VP and leadership roles.
• Strategically partner with executives and hiring managers to define profiles and hiring plans.
• Architect and execute advanced passive candidate sourcing strategies.
• Recruit for complex roles across Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, Controls, Software, Project Management, and more.
• Conduct rigorous screens and provide high-quality, deeply vetted candidate recommendations.
• Improve recruiting processes, interview consistency, and employer branding.
