Wilson Worldwide is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to act as a trusted client advisor and candidate advocate. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending candidates for interviews and hire, leveraging cutting-edge strategies and market intelligence.

You will build networks, manage bench candidates, and develop proactive recruitment plans to meet client needs, while maintaining strong relationships and achieving submit-to-interview and interview-to-offer

Competenze

Proven ability to successfully perform all aspects of recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement.

Oversee the selection process from candidate identification to feedback collection.
Build and maintain a network of candidates through market research and bench management.
Develop proactive recruitment strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
Present top talent and guide negotiations to final offer.
