• Maintain and communicate pipeline status to clients.
• Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Execute recruitment strategies including clear client relationships and reporting.
• Demonstrates time prioritization and flexibility in shifting priorities.
• Active participation in recruiting team and value-add through collaboration.
• Proficient with MS Office and applicant tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process: identify and assess candidates, conduct initial phone screens, coordinate interviews and gather feedback.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate network through market research and bench management.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies to source passive and active candidates.
• Present strong talent for open positions and address objections in the hiring process.
• Consult with hiring managers on final selections, compensation and recruitment processes.
• Maintain strong client and candidate relationships and satisfaction.
• Ensure weekly and monthly submit and hire goals are met.
• Update reports and ATS data along with related administrative duties.
