Wilson seeks an Associate Recruitment Consultant to act as trusted advisor and candidate advocate, employing cutting-edge sourcing strategies and market intelligence. You will identify, screen, and submit top talent for a range of roles while building strong client relationships.

You will conduct internet searches, cold calls, and interviews, maintain ATS data, and strive to meet weekly and monthly submit goals in a quota-driven environment while delivering exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to recruit using high-reaching research, cold calls, and strategic sourcing methods.
• Achieve results in a fast-paced, metrics- and deadline-driven environment.
• Meet and exceed performance goals and adapt based on feedback.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to explain complex ideas clearly.
• Prioritize time and manage the recruiting pipeline while communicating it to others.
• Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Execute recruitment strategies with clear articulation of RPO and client relationship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an effective sourcing strategy to identify exceptional talent.
• Conduct complex internet searches using search engines, social media, and databases.
• Build and maintain a network of candidates through market research and relationships.
• Conduct phone interviews and assess candidates against position requirements and culture fit.
• Present strong talent for open positions, overcoming objections in the process.
• Update and maintain ATS data entry and reporting.
• Maintain strong relationships and satisfaction with candidates and clients.
