Wilson HR is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our collaborative team. You will act as trusted client advisor and candidate advocate, delivering best talent using cutting-edge recruitment strategies and market intelligence.

Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing, and supporting clients and candidates through the hire process, maintaining relationships, and meeting weekly submission and hire goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing and closing candidates.
• Strong client focus and relationship-building abilities.
• Able to manage pipelines and communicate progress clearly.
• Proven track record meeting recruiting metrics in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with ATS and social media recruiting.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the candidate selection process from screening to hire.
• Build and maintain candidate networks via market research and bench management.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies for passive and active candidates.
• Present top talent and address objections in the hiring process.
• Consult with hiring managers on selections, compensation and processes.
• Maintain client and candidate relationships and satisfaction.
• Meet weekly and monthly submission and hire goals.
• Update ATS data and related administrative tasks.
