Wilson is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our collaborative, dynamic, and talented team. You will manage sourcing, screening, interviewing and recommending candidates to client hiring managers during a 3-6 month contract.

The role emphasizes market intelligence, bench management, and strong client and candidate relationships to deliver top talent under deadlines. This temporary project requires initiative, flexibility, and a proven track record in fast-paced recruitment

Qualifications

• Proven ability to perform all recruitment aspects including sourcing, screening and interviewing.
• Experience with market research, passive sourcing and closing candidates.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and social media presence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee selection: identify and assess candidates, conduct initial screens, facilitate interviews, gather feedback.
• Build a network of candidates through market research and bench management.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies for passive and active candidates.
• Present strong talent to clients and support final selections with value-added insights.
• Maintain client and candidate relationships and meet weekly/monthly submit and hire goals.
• Update ATS data and related reports; handle administrative responsibilities.
