Qualifications

Experience in full-cycle recruitment across client environments.
Strong sourcing and interviewing skills with ability to assess candidates.
Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver quality hires.

Responsibilities

Oversee candidate identification, screening, interviews, and feedback collection.
Build and maintain a network of candidates through market research and bench management.
Develop proactive recruitment strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
Present talent to clients and support final selections, including negotiations.
Maintain client and candidate relationships and ensure satisfaction.
Track weekly and monthly submit-to-interview/hire goals and report progress.
