Job summary

Consigli Construction is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to support its Human Resources team. You will help with job postings, applicant screening, interview coordination, and stakeholder communication in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The role provides hands-on experience across the full recruitment cycle, including onboarding support, ATS data upkeep, and collaboration on job descriptions and postings.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Coursework in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture is a plus
• Familiar with ATS or HR databases, or willing to learn
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical skills to support recruitment

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact for Owners, OPMs, and Design Team members.
• Support full-cycle recruitment: drafting, posting, maintaining job requisitions.

Salary Range: $24 - $29/hour

The HR Talent Acquisition Intern supports Human Resources and hiring teams in coordinating and executing recruitment activities. This role offers hands-on experience in job posting, applicant screening, interview coordination, and stakeholder communication within a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities / Essential Functions

• Act as a primary point of contact for communication with Owners, Owner's Project Managers (OPMs), and Design Team members.
• Support the full-cycle recruitment process, including drafting, posting, and maintaining job requisitions.
• Review and screen applicants to identify qualified candidates in alignment with job requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and internal hiring teams.
• Assist with onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a seamless new hire experience.
• Maintain and update data within the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate on drafting and refining job descriptions and employment postings.
• Track and monitor employee career development activities in coordination with supervisors.
• Prepare recruitment-related metrics and reports to support process improvement initiatives.
• Participate in employer branding efforts and assist with campus recruiting or career events when applicable.
• Provide administrative and logistical support to the HR team as needed.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiar with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases, or willing to learn.
• Strong analytical skills to support candidate engagement and recruitment process improvements.
