Job summary

Clearwater is seeking a self-starting Recruiting Programs Lead to own Workday Recruiting configuration and HRIS stewardship. You will provide reporting to leaders, manage internal hiring in the United States, and drive platform enhancements with the Talent Acquisition team.

The ideal candidate has a passion for recruitment operations, strong analytics, and the ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting operations, HR operations, or a related field.
• Demonstrated HRIS expertise, with hands-on Workday Recruiting module and Report Writer experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large data sets.
• Intermediate/advanced Excel and data visualization skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the Workday Recruiting module as the in-house HRIS point of contact for recruiting functionality.
• Ensure recruiting data integrity within Workday through audits, data cleanup, and clean workflows across requisitions, candidate stages, and reporting fields.
• Keep up to date on Workday releases; evaluate features and recommend adoption.
• Collaborate with HRIS/HR Technology on integrations, testing, and change management for recruiting workflows.
• Configure recruiting-related business processes, security roles, and reporting structures in Workday.
• Analyze candidate pipelines, hiring trends, and time-to-fill to inform strategy and improvements.
• Provide regular dashboards/reports to Head of Talent Acquisition and stakeholders using Workday reporting tools and Excel.
• Lead hiring update calls with organizational leaders and translate data into actionable insights.
• Support internal mobility with HRBPs and Hiring Managers; manage internal US hiring end-to-end.
• Assist with contract and invoice processing for Recruiting-related expenses.
