Job summary

Total Quality Logistics is seeking a Recruiting Assistant in Chattanooga to directly support a top Recruiter. You will source and screen candidates, schedule interviews, and maintain candidate data in ATS/CRM systems.

The role emphasizes accuracy, communication, and a high-velocity work pace in a growing recruiting team. You will assist with interview materials and background documents, while gaining exposure to a robust benefits package and career growth within a leading logistics employer.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service or recruiting experience preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication with candidates, team members, and hiring managers.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates by reviewing resumes and conducting initial phone screenings.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews across the selection process.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS and CRM systems.
• Assist in preparing interview materials, assessments, forms, and background documents.
• Support the Recruiter with day-to-day tasks as needed.
