Job summary

Total Quality Logistics seeks a results-driven in-house Recruiter to build our nationwide sales talent pipeline from our Chattanooga headquarters. You’ll manage the full cycle—from sourcing to offers—using Avature, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and help new hires onboard smoothly.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred but not required.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort with a metrics-driven, in-office environment.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Generate high-volume candidate flow using multiple sourcing methods.
• Conduct phone screens and manage the interview process end-to-end.
• Document conversations and feedback in Avature; support onboarding.
