Total Quality Logistics (TQL) is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for corporate roles from start to finish. You will partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, craft sourcing strategies, and assess candidates, guiding interview approaches and offers while ensuring a strong candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions and stakeholders.
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
• Ability to influence hiring managers and act as a business partner.
• Excellent communication, organization and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for corporate professional roles.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and talent market dynamics.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and networking.
• Evaluate candidates through phone screens, structured interviews and assessments.
• Guide hiring managers on interview practices, compensation alignment and hiring decisions.
• Manage candidate experience from first conversation through offer and onboarding.
• Track recruiting activity, pipeline health and outcomes in the ATS (Avature).
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes and outcomes.
