Job summary

Total Quality Logistics is seeking a Recruiting Assistant to support a top recruiter across the full recruitment cycle. You will source candidates, conduct initial phone screens, schedule interviews, and keep candidate records up to date in our ATS/CRM while delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.

This role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and discretion in handling sensitive information.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service or recruiting experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with candidates, team members, and hiring managers.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills, effectively managing a large volume of tasks.
• High sense of urgency and adaptability, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and maintain a high-level of professionalism.
• Proficient with MS Office products.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and screening candidates by reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone screenings, and assessing candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews through the entire selection process.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate data in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate relationship management system (CRM).
• Assist in preparing interview materials, including interview guides, candidate assessments and testing, candidate evaluation forms, and background documents.
• Support the Recruiter with other day-to-day responsibilities as needed.
