Total Quality Logistics (TQL) is seeking a Recruiting Assistant to support a top Recruiter, handling candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate data in ATS/CRM. This role offers a $40,000 base salary, a $2,500 sign-on bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package, with opportunities to learn from a senior recruiter in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service or recruiting experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with candidates, team members, and hiring managers.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a large volume of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and screening candidates by reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone screenings, and assessing candidate qualifications
• Coordinate and schedule interviews through the entire selection process
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate data in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate relationship management system (CRM)
• Assist in preparing interview materials, including interview guides, candidate assessments and testing, candidate evaluation forms, and background documents
• Support the Recruiter with other day-to-day responsibilities as needed
