You will handle full-cycle recruiting—from sourcing to offers—while leveraging Avature and maintaining precise onboarding documentation. Base salary starts at $50,000 with a $2,500 sign-on bonus and uncapped bonuses, 1st-year average

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships and maintain communication with candidates, hiring managers, team members, and business partners to fill positions with the best talent.
• Generate a high volume of candidate flow through various sourcing methods.
• Conduct phone screens and manage the interview process from sourcing to offer, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
• Document conversations, interview progress, offers and feedback in Avature.
• Process onboarding paperwork and dispositioning candidates with high accuracy.
