Total Quality Logistics is seeking a Recruiting Assistant to support one of our top Recruiters with candidate sourcing, scheduling, and data upkeep in ATS/CRM systems. You will help maintain candidate profiles and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or recruiting is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication with candidates, teammates, and hiring managers.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage a large volume of tasks.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Proficient with MS Office products.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and screening candidates by reviewing resumes and conducting initial phone screenings.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews through the selection process.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate data in ATS and CRM systems.
• Assist in preparing interview materials, assessments, and background documents.
• Support the Recruiter with day-to-day responsibilities as needed.
