Job summary

Zaddy Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to deliver a high-touch candidate experience and consistently brand the company in the marketplace. You will develop sourcing strategies and execute them across LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards and social networks to build a strong candidate pool.

You will partner with hiring teams to create competency-based interview guides, manage applications in the ATS, schedule interviews and produce performance reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• At least three years recruiting experience for engineering, technical and manufacturing roles.
• Experience utilizing recruitment tools including LinkedIn and Indeed, and Applicant Tracking Systems.

Responsibilities

• Define go-to-market sourcing strategy and execute via LinkedIn, Indeed, groups, job boards and social media.
• Conduct requisition validation and strategy discussions with hiring managers.
• Deliver high quality candidate management through the ATS and evaluate applications.
• Partner with hiring teams on competency-based interview guides and assessment formats.
• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews and provide recruitment updates.
• Participate in campus recruitment activities and career fairs.
• Produce reports on performance metrics and measurements.
• May participate in on-site face to face interviews.
