Job summary

Ashton North LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to deliver a high-touch candidate experience, build strong candidate pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to develop go-to-market sourcing strategies. You will conduct targeted sourcing via LinkedIn, Indeed, and other channels, ensuring a fair and consistent interview process.

You will manage candidate communications, drive diversity outreach, coordinate interviews, and contribute to performance reporting while traveling to client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• At least three years recruiting experience for engineering, technical and manufacturing roles.
• Experience using recruitment tools including LinkedIn and Indeed and using Applicant Tracking Systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop go-to-market sourcing strategies and execute them across LinkedIn, Indeed and other channels.
• Conduct requisition validation and strategy discussions with hiring managers to learn about the role and requirements.
• Deliver high-quality candidate management through the ATS and ensure timely disposition of candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews and participate in campus recruitment activities.
• Produce reports on performance metrics and assist with travel to business locations as needed.
