Job summary

SteveRecruiter, LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor for our client. You will ensure a high-touch candidate experience, brand the client in the marketplace, and develop sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, and direct search.

You will screen candidates, build talent pools, coordinate interviews, and deliver recruitment updates to hiring managers while promoting a fair, consistent interview process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• At least three years recruiting experience for engineering, technical and manufacturing roles.
• Experience utilizing recruitment tools including LinkedIn and Indeed, Applicant Tracking Systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requisition validation and strategy discussions with hiring managers.
• Define go-to-market strategy and execute sourcing via LinkedIn, Indeed, groups, job boards and direct search.
• Deliver on diversity outreach, sourcing, and recruitment strategies.
• Manage candidate flow through the ATS including screening and dispositioning.
• Partner with hiring teams on competency-based interview guides and assessments.
• Provide recruitment updates and gather feedback from hiring managers.
• Participate in campus recruitment activities and events.
• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews.
• Produce reports on performance metrics.
• May participate in on-site face-to-face interviews.
