Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is seeking a Server - Takeout or To Go Specialist in Alpharetta, GA. You will handle takeout orders and curbside pickups, guide guests through the menu, and ensure a warm, hospitable experience while maintaining top sanitation standards.

Ideal candidates enjoy fast-paced teamwork, are at least 18, and will complete training to excel in both takeout and dine-in support in a welcoming restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• At least 18 years old.
• Current Food Handler’s Card or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Must be able to reach, bend, balance, and transport objects weighing up to 30 lbs. repeatedly during a shift.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.

Responsibilities

• Accommodate guests’ needs in a courteous and timely manner.
• Create a great take out or curbside experience by taking, placing, packaging, labeling, bagging, receiving, and ringing in Guest’s orders.
• Understand the restaurant menu to identify the different menu items for takeout and catering, able to guide guests on choosing menu items, and ready to answer guest’s questions.
• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Uphold our high sanitation and safety standards.
