P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring a Server - Takeout or To Go Specialist to ensure guests' needs are met courteously and promptly, delivering a seamless takeout experience.

duties include taking, packaging, labeling, and delivering orders, while guiding guests through the menu with warm hospitality. No prior experience required—training is provided. You must be 18+, have a Food Handler's Card where required, and be able to stand and lift up to 30 lbs as part of a fast-paced team

Responsibilities

• Accommodate guests’ needs in a courteous and timely manner.
• Create a great take out or curbside experience by taking, placing, packaging, labeling, bagging, receiving, and ringing in Guest’s orders.
• Understand the restaurant menu to identify the different menu items for takeout and catering, able to guide guests on choosing menu items, and ready to answer guest’s questions.
• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Uphold our high sanitation and safety standards.
