P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is seeking a Server - Takeout or To Go Specialist to ensure guests receive courteous and prompt service for takeout and curbside orders.

You will guide guests through the menu, take and process orders, package and label items, deliver curbside orders, and maintain high sanitation and hospitality standards throughout each shift.

No prior experience required; training is provided, with opportunities for advancement within our team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience not required and training provided.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• At least 18 years old.
• Food Handler's Card or ability to obtain one.

Responsabilités

• Accommodate guests’ needs in a courteous and timely manner.
• Create a great take out or curbside experience by taking, placing, packaging, labeling, bagging, receiving, and ringing in guest’s orders.
• Understand the restaurant menu to identify the different menu items for takeout and catering, guide guests on menu selections, and answer questions.
• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests, anticipating, delivering, and exceeding expectations.
• Uphold high sanitation and safety standards.
