Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is seeking a Server - Takeout to ensure guests have a courteous, prompt takeout or curbside experience. You will handle orders from placement to delivery, guide guests through the menu, and maintain high sanitation standards.

No previous experience is required as we provide training. Must be at least 18, possess or obtain a Food Handler’s Card where required, and be able to multi-task in a busy, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and etiquette are required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have or obtain a Food Handler’s Card where applicable.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Accommodate guests’ needs in a courteous and timely manner.
• Takeout and curbside orders: taking, placing, packaging, labeling, bagging, ringing in orders.
• Guide guests on the menu and answer questions to assist selection.
• Deliver exceptional hospitality and uphold sanitation and safety standards.
