Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is seeking a Server - Takeout to ensure guests’ needs are met with courteous, prompt service for takeout and curbside orders.

You will guide guests through the menu, answer questions, and deliver outstanding hospitality while maintaining sanitation standards. No prior experience required; we will train you. This position offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth within the company, with a focus on guest satisfaction and teamwork in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• At least 18 years old.
• Food Handler’s Card or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.

Responsibilities

• Accommodate guests’ needs in a courteous and timely manner.
• Create a great take out or curbside experience by taking, placing, packaging, labeling, bagging, receiving, and ringing in Guest’s orders.
• Understands the restaurant menu to identify the different menu items for takeout and catering, able to guide guests on choosing menu items, and ready to answer guest’s questions.
• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Uphold our high sanitation and safety standards.
