Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is seeking a Server - Takeout or To Go Specialist at our Atlanta location. You will ensure guests are served courteously through takeout and curbside delivery, guiding them through the menu and delivering an outstanding hospitality experience.

You will be trained on our takeout procedures, packaging, and safety standards while maintaining sanitation and customer service excellence in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is not required – we will train you!
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• At least 18 years old.
• Must possess a current Food Handler’s Card, where applicable, or must be able to obtain card.
• Ability to reach, bend, balance, and transport objects weighing up to 30 lbs. repeatedly during a shift.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.

Responsibilities

• Accommodate guests’ needs in a courteous and timely manner.
• Create a great take out or curbside experience by taking, placing, packaging, labeling, bagging, receiving, and ringing in Guest’s orders.
• Understand the restaurant menu to identify the different menu items for takeout and catering, able to guide guests on choosing menu items, and ready to answer guest’s questions.
• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Uphold our high sanitation and safety standards.
