P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring a Server - Takeout to ensure guests’ needs are met courteously and promptly, delivering a superior takeout or curbside experience.

You will take, place, package, label, bag, and process orders, guide guests through the menu, answer questions, and provide outstanding hospitality while maintaining high sanitation standards. Training is provided, and a friendly team environment awaits.

• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Accommodate guests’ needs in a courteous and timely manner.
• Create a great take out or curbside experience by taking, placing, packaging, labeling, bagging, receiving, and ringing in Guest’s orders.
• Understands the restaurant menu to identify the different menu items for takeout and catering, able to guide guests on choosing menu items, and ready to answer guest’s questions.
• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Uphold our high sanitation and safety standards.
