Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring a Server - Takeout or To Go Specialist. You will ensure guests are served courteously and promptly, handling takeout orders, curbside delivery, packaging, and labeling with a focus on hospitality and safety.

No prior experience is required; training is provided. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and able to obtain a Food Handler’s Card where required, with flexible shifts and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is not required – we will train you!
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• At least 18 years old.
• Must possess a current Food Handler’s Card, where applicable, or must be able to obtain card.
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Must be able to reach, bend, balance, and transport objects weighing up to 30 lbs. repeatedly during a shift.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.

Responsibilities

• Takeout orders: taking, placing, packaging, labeling, bagging, and processing orders.
• Deliver orders to guests for curbside pickup and provide hospitality.
• Guide guests through the menu and answer questions.
