Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is seeking a Server - Takeout to ensure guests are served courteously with a seamless takeout or curbside experience.

You will take, place, package, label, bag, and process orders, then deliver them to guests for pickup while guiding them through the menu with warmth and hospitality. You will work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining strong sanitation standards and a friendly, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is not required – we will train you!
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• At least 18 years old.
• Current Food Handler’s Card, where applicable, or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Must be able to reach, bend, balance, and transport objects weighing up to 30 lbs. repeatedly during a shift.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.

Responsibilities

• Accommodate guests’ needs in a courteous and timely manner.
• Create a great take out or curbside experience by taking, placing, packaging, labeling, bagging, receiving, and ringing in Guest’s orders.
• Understands the restaurant menu to identify the different menu items for takeout and catering, able to guide guests on choosing menu items, and ready to answer guest’s questions.
• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Uphold our high sanitation and safety standards.
