P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring a Server - Takeout/To Go Specialist in a fast-paced environment. You will manage takeout orders, assist guests, and guide menu selections while delivering exceptional hospitality and maintaining high cleanliness standards.

No prior experience is required as training is provided; 18+ years old and Food Handler's Card (or ability to obtain one) are required, with opportunities for advancement and team discounts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is not required - we will train you!
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• At least 18 years old.
• Must possess a current Food Handler's Card, where applicable, or must be able to obtain card.
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures. Must be able to reach, bend, balance, and transport objects weighing up to 30 lbs. repeatedly during a shift.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.

Responsabilités

• Accommodate guests' needs in a courteous and timely manner.
• Create a great take out or curbside experience by taking, placing, packaging, labeling, bagging, receiving, and ringing in guests' orders.
• Understand the restaurant menu to identify the different menu items for takeout and catering, and guide guests on choosing menu items.
• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests' expectations.
• Uphold our high sanitation and safety standards.
