Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is seeking a Server - Takeout to expertly meet guests’ needs. You will take, place, package, label, bag, and process orders, and deliver orders for curbside pickup while guiding guests through the menu with outstanding hospitality.

This role emphasizes sanitation and safety, requires no prior experience, and offers on-the-job training along with opportunities for advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• No experience required; we will train you.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• At least 18 years old.
• Must possess a Food Handler’s Card where applicable, or obtain one.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs repeatedly during a shift.

Responsibilities

• Accommodate guests’ needs in a courteous and timely manner.
• Create a great takeout or curbside experience by handling orders and packaging.
• Understand the menu to guide guests on items for takeout and catering.
