Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is seeking a Server - Takeout to ensure guests’ needs are met courteously and promptly, delivering an exceptional takeout or curbside experience. Responsibilities include taking and processing orders, packaging, labeling, and delivering orders to guests.

You will guide guests on the menu, answer questions, and provide outstanding hospitality while adhering to high sanitation and safety standards. Training is provided for this role.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required – we will train you.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• At least 18 years old.
• Must possess a current Food Handler’s Card or obtain one.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Accommodate guests’ needs in a courteous and timely manner.
• Take, place, package, label, bag, and process takeout orders; ring in and deliver curbside orders.
• Guide guests through the menu and answer questions to ensure a great takeout experience.
• Deliver hospitality that exceeds guests’ expectations while maintaining sanitation and safety standards.
